The Washington Times featured on Monday, May 3, 2010, Mexican President Felipe Calderon denouncing as “racial discrimination” an Arizona law, signed April23,2010, giving state and local police the authority to arrest suspected illegal immigrants and vowed to use all means at his disposal to defend Mexican nationals against a law Calderon called a “violation of human rights.”
Under the United States of Mexico law, illegal immigration is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison. Immigrants who are deported and attempt to re-enter can be imprisoned for 10 years. Should Visa expire, Visa violators can be sentenced to six-year terms in prison. AND Mexicans who help illegal immigrants are considered criminals.
Mexico can deport foreigners who are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” violate Mexican law (whether or not they KNOW the Mexican law), are not “physically or mentally healthy” or lack the “necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents. (1)
In April of 2006, Mexican officials press for our Congress to adopt the McCain-Kennedy immigration reform bill. Mexico, considered a "poor"country, annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does, has much to teach us about how it handles the immigration issue.
A) immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
B) foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
C) foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
D) foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported; (so fake papers to get on airplane or train will not get you in.)
E) foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
F) those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.

There is some doubt whether the Miranda Rights even apply, since Miranda Rights are NOT reciprical.
Perhaps would be GREAT , if USA lawmen were briefly schooled to observe Mexican laws and sworn in by the Mexican Government to handle illegals "The Mexican way."
Back in 04-10-2007, El Paso County sheriff's deputies and Border Patrol agents began chasing a red truck into the city of El Paso around 2 p.m. Tuesday. Dispatchers said the truck was believed to be loaded with drugs.
The dangerous chase ended at I-10 and Yarbrough when the driver stopped and ran from his truck.
Authorities gave chase on foot and caught the suspect.
As reported on Thursday, Jan 12, 2012, murderers and/or murderers' apprentices also suspected as drug traffickers, drove two trucks under a bridge on a three-lane highway in downtown Boca del Rio, a Mexican Gulf coast city. They proceeded to dump 35 dead bodies during rush hour traffic while armed thugs guarded and brandished their guns at scared motorists. AP said the city was Veracruz and the highway system was not one to be seen in a barrio like Boca del Rio.
The gruesome view to mayhem in downtown Boca del Rio Wednesday was the latest round of drug violence in Veracruz state, which occupies an important route for drugs and Central American migrants going north some to gleefully "mule" drugs into the USA.
The corpses are thought to be Zetas Cartel drug war losers as drug gangs fight for Veracruz state takeover.(4)
Later Mexican officials positively identified numerous bodies as Zeta gang members. A rival gang linked to the Sinaloa Cartel claimed responsibility for the killings with a “narcomanta,” or drug banner signed “G.N.” which refers to the Gente Nueva affiliated with Sinaloa Cartel boss Joaquin Guzman Loera, alias “El Chapo.” Gente Nueva initially worked as assassins for Guzman, and have been linked to the violence in the border city of Ciudad Juarez. The "New People" or "G.N."violently earned the reputation of being bitter enemies of La Linea, a gang who serve as hitmen for Vicente Carrillo Fuentes’ aging Juarez Cartel. Its two main gangs, La Linea and the Aztecas, are supposedly in decline because homicides are down. Small gangs specialize in different types of crime ranging from transportation and distribution of drugs. Northern Mexico gangs, act as the enforcers and are involved in human trafficking and kidnapping operations.(5)
